BASE Camp is proud to partner with Larimer County as a CCAP provider. Below is pertinent information abou the upcoming CCAP System changes:

We have been notified that the new CCAP system (ATS) will be going live on Monday, March 26th! This new system will utilize an online application and a PIN (personal identification number) instead of the POS machine and your CCAP card. In preparation, there are few steps & dates to  remember:

The new CCAP system will require an updated email address for important communication. Contact Larimer County Human Services ( to provide your email, if you have not yet done so.

On Thursday, March 22nd, you should receive an email with a link from CCAP with instructions on creating a PIN that will be used to check in and check out for CCAP. Be sure to also check your SPAM and JUNK folders for this email. Remember this link to set up the pin will expire within 24 hours.
Step Three: SET UP PIN
Your ATS PIN will replace your CCAP card and MUST be set up prior to March 26th.  Parents will not be able to share their PIN with the childcare provider. For the go-live week of March 26th, please plan ahead on spending more time during check in and check out as we transition to the new system.

Until March 26th, we will still be using the old CCAP system with CCAP cards and the POS machines. The last day to order CCAP cards will be March 16th.

We’ve created an “Essential Guide” for parents/guardians to review. Additionally, here are some helpful videos to prepare you for the new system:
