Site Staff Positions: We hire for all positions in our before and after school program throughout the school year. Positions available (See below for descriptions) may include: Site Directors, Program Leads, Program Assistants, Program Aides.
Multi-Site Manager: Site Manager candidates must be Site Director qualified (see below). Site Managers must have a four-year, related degree and 2000 hours of f verifiable experience with groups of 4 or more unrelated school-aged children after turning 18. This position oversees and provides support to three to four sites. Experience managing staff, experience in conflict resolution, experience observing staff and providing feedback and experience in an educational setting is helpful. Multi-Site Manager rates start at $16.50 hour.
Site Director: Site Director candidates must be Program Leader qualified (see below). Site Directors must be at least 21 years of age and have 960 hours of verifiable experience with groups of 4 or more unrelated school-aged children after turning 18. We are looking for candidates that have experience leading and planning for multi-age groups of school-aged children. Staff supervisory experience is a plus. Program Director rates start at $14.57/hour.
Program Lead: Program Lead candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have 480 hours of verifiable experience with groups of 4 or more unrelated school-aged children after turning 18. They assist the Site Director and work independently either as a permanent placement at a site or work scheduled hours at rotating locations as part of the Sub Pool. Program lead pay rates start at $12/hour.
Program Assistant: Program Assistant candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have 480 hours of verifiable experience with groups of 4 or more unrelated school-aged children after turning 18. Program Assistants’ primary responsibilities are to interact with the children, help them stay safe, and support them in their activities. Program Assistant rates start at $11.25/hour.
Program Aide: Program Aides must be at least 16. There are no experience requirements. Program Aides work under the direct supervision of the Site Director and other site staff. Program Aide rates start at $11.10/hour.
