What You’ll Need:
– Updated contact information for child, guardians & emergency contacts
– Child’s grade and birthday
– Phone/Address/Name for a doctor, dentist, and hospital choice
– Immunization record (if you previously submitted these to BC, we can email them to you)
– Parent Handbook (You’ll sign off that you have accessed/reviewed this).
Registration for the 2018-19 School Year is Open!
IMPORTANT! Returning families will be asked to confirm some information upon login – this does NOT register you for fall. Please review the full instructions and complete all the steps to register your child.
In order for your child to attend, they must be registered for the current school year. If you have previously attended registration, you must still re-register before the first day your child attends. We use a third-party vendor, Day Care Works, to manage our registration/billing process. You will create/manage an account within Day Care Works as part of the registration process. Depending on if you are a new or returning family, the registration process looks slightly different. We have prepared step-by-step instructions to walk you through either process to make it as seamless as possible.
As a childcare agency, safety is our number one priority. It is vital that we collect a substantial amount of information in order for us to be prepared to care for your child in any circumstance. Please be patient with the process, as it can feel lengthy – the outcome is safer programming for all our families and children. If you are registering for BASE Camp Preschool at Eyestone, Red Feather or Stove Prairie, follow instruction as listed above, except that instead of your school name, you’ll select Preschool for location enrollment (at the very bottom of the school list).
Please note: The first day of BASE Camp (and school) in PSD is August 21st. The first day of BASE Camp in TSD (and school) is August 20.
In order to make the process as easy as possible, we have maintained your accounts from the prior year. For most information, you’ll just need to check to make sure it’s still accurate. Please use the Step-by-Step Instructions to ensure that the process is seamless from the first attempt. Please plan about 15-30 min. per child to complete registration.
Please note: Our registration platform compatible Google Chrome (Click Here to Download) desktop browser. Please use Chrome from a computer to complete the process.
